RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If an item has been delivered and it is not to your expectation, or simply doesn’t fit well, you have one calendar month from date of purchase to either exchange or return for a full refund. Please post items within one calendar month to our resident address at
29 Duncan Road
Items MUST be intact, in original condition and with tags on.
In the event of an exchange, Cotton & Push is responsible for the cost of getting your new item to you. Please e-mail us directly to advise us which item/size you would like to swap for.
In the event of a return for refund, the customer is responsible for postage costs. Please post responsibly and retain proof of postage. Cotton & Push cannot be held accountable for items that have been misplaced while in transit. Cotton & Push advises International customers to purchase trackable service, wherein you are insured for the full value of their goods. International customers must also include original proof of purchase and declare items as “returned goods” in order to avoid paying customs and other relevant charges.
If you would like an exchange, please advise us by email or on your packing slip of the goods you would like to exchange your original order for. We will cover the cost of postage for sending your exchange to you.
Please note that Cotton & Push will not accept return of ANY lower garment. This includes, briefs, thongs or shorts.
In the event that the item has been defected as a result of shipping or manufacture, the customer must relay credible evidence to the Company with their e-mail, order number and any other requested information to email@example.com.
Please note that any item that has been altered or damaged while in the care of the customer will not be granted a refund, full or partial.
