TERMS & CONDITIONS
This agreement is made between Cotton & Push Ltd and the Customer/purchaser.
Cotton & Push LTD is registered in The Registrar of Companies for England and Wales with the number 09983401 and a registered address of 29 Duncan Road, Leicester, United Kingdom, LE2 8EG.
1 The Customer agrees which the provision that all sales are final unless they have contacted the company with an issue with a product which paradelles the requirements under Returns.
1 We, the company reserve the right to change any aspect of our services or of our website. This includes the Terms and Conditions.
1 The Customer hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions with the understanding that they have been created to the best of the Company’s knowledge in accordance with all statute hereby in force.
2. Shipping and Delivery
2.1 Cotton & Push aims to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receipt of successful payment. This excludes weekends and bank holidays. As soon as we have dispatched your item we will notify you via e-mail. Tracking information will only be available on signed for delivery options. Please note that estimated shipping times are to be used as a guide only.
2.2 There will be no accurate time estimate available for orders shipped outside of the UK (in this case meaning Europe and the rest of the World).
2.3 Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. The Company is not responsible for any delays on goods that have been held back because of procedures carried out by your local customs authorities.
3. Returns And Exchanges
3.1 The Customer agrees and acknowledges the following provisions with reference to returns of any products they have purchased legally and with having paid using a relevant payment method designated by the Company.
3.2 The Customer may upon receiving an item finds that it does not fit the specifications set out under the Act (Consumer’s Act 2015) being that it is not fit for purpose, or whereby the product contains any defect resulting from its manufacture or shipping the Customer under these terms may request a full refund provided that the Customer relays credible evidence to the Company with their email, order number, and any other requested information to email@example.com.
3.3 The Customer is responsible for all associated costs that may arise from returning any product to the Company.
3.4 The Company will in the case of an exchange send the replacement product to the Customer once the return has been received by the Company at its own costs. If for any reason the item cannot be exchanged a full refund will be granted to the original bank account that was used for the Purchase.
3.5 Any refunds granted are at the discretion of the Company unless so stated by the Act.
3.6 Any Item returned to Us must be in unworn condition with labels/tags still intact.
3.7 Any item that has been altered or damaged while in the care of the customer will not be granted a refund, full or partial.
3.8 Refund on Cancellation can be provided if the customer wishes to cancel their purchase within a limited window of time. The customer may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once they have notified the company, the customer must then return the goods within 14 days to the Company. Upon receiving the item back the Company has 14 days to issue a refund to the Customer.
4.2 By making an online purchase; you are granting consent to us retaining some personal data which you provide us with. Such as your name, e-mail address, telephone numbers and addresses to process and deliver any orders you place.
4.3 By placing an order with us you consent to your card/bank details being shared with our secure payment partners Worldpay so that your payment transaction is processed. Similarly you consent to your telephone number, email address and shipping address being shared with our nominated couriers (DPD, UPS and/or Royal Mail, as well as any local forwarding couriers) that We may use and distribution facilities for fast track and/or international deliveries so that your order can be delivered, and you can be contacted by telephone on any matter regarding the status of your order(s). We cannot and do not accept any liability on behalf of our payment partners, couriers or distribution facilities.
4.4 By subscribing to our newsletter; you are granting consent to us retaining some personal data which you provide us, this may include but is not limited to your name, e-mail address and location in order to keep you informed via newsletters and e-mails. We will however under no circumstance share your personal data with third parties without your consent unless requested to do so by any governing or legal authorities.
4.4 When you subscribe to our newsletter you are agreeing to us contacting you via e-mail with details on new products, collections, features, sample sales, special offers, contests, events of interest and promotions.
4.5 At all times, we will offer you the opportunity to unsubscribe out of any service or update to which you have subscribed, if you change your mind. Any e-mail we send you will contain an easy automated unsubscribe link so that you can opt-out of that particular service.
4.6 We collect information about site traffic, sales and other commercial information which we do not pass onto third parties.
4.7 Finally, we may use your personal information for our internal marketing and demographic studies, together with non-personal data to monitor customer patterns so that we can consistently improve our site design to better meet our visitors’ needs.
4.8 You must have Cookies enabled to make purchases on our website. Cookies are small text filed placed in your computer to collect information about how you browse the site. Please note that cookies are not harmful to your computer and are used by a mass variety of companies. Private data such as credit card information or address information is never stored in the cookies created by the Company. You may opt out of cookies by visiting but please know this will result in only being able to browse the website for study purposes.
4.9 Cotton & Push use Google Analytics to collect information about how you use our website. This is necessary for us to make improvements on the website in order to enhance the customer’s browsing and shopping experience. Google Analytics will store details about

Just like with cookies, Google Analytics features do not store your personal information such as name, address or credit card information so any data collected on browsing patterns remains anonymous. Google does not use the data gathered for its own purposes nor is it allowed to share its Analytics data.
5. Data Security Promise
5.1 At Cotton & Push, we take your protection and information security in all respects genuinely – it is of the most significance to us, and we guarantee never to discharge your own personal details to any outside organization for mailing or promoting purposes without your reasonable consent.
5.2 When you make an online record with us or make a buy from our site, we gather certain private data from you (for instance: your name; email address; payment address and details). The majority of this and comparable data is put away on secure servers. Cotton & Push Ltd complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation and will regard all your own data as completely classified.
5.3 Third-party financial organisations do handle all of our online credit and debit card transactions. This means they have access to information that is needed to verify and authorise your payment. Cotton & Push only record the last 4 digits of your payment card. This allows us to confirm a customer’s identity during any communication with them.

6.1 In the event that you sign up to our newsletter, you may receive information by e-mail about products, special offers or limited time promotions that we think may be of interest to you. If you wish to opt out of receiving this newsletter and any subsequent marketing material, please make sure to unsubscribe from this service. You can do so by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of our e-mails.
6.2 If you would like to unsubscribe before the arrival of the next newsletter, simply drop us an e-mail at and we will do this for you within 24 hours or 2 days at the latest.
6.3 Please know that Cotton and Push will not give out your Personal information to any organisation outside Cotton and Push for advertising purposes.
7.1 The prices indicated are in GBP. You will have an option to pay in other currencies though we are not held liable for exchange rate fluctuations or discrepancies.
7.2 Payment methods accepted are as follows:
Accepted Credit Cards: VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners and UnionPay (UnionPay is not yet available to all users)
Accepted Debit Cards: Visa & MasterCard
Wix, as Host of and any other domains held by Cotton & Push Ltd cannot accept payment over the phone due to PCI Compliance, because all phone conversations with Wix Support are recorded and monitored.
7.3 If you later amend your order, the prices charged will be those applicable to the items at the time that the amended order is confirmed. Please note that as promotions are offered for limited periods of time, subsequent amendments to your order may mean that certain promotions are no longer offered.
7.4 Prices of goods do not include any delivery charges. Delivery charges vary depending upon the level of delivery provided see delivery for more detail.
7.5 The Company is not VAT registered and so does not charge VAT. Prices are not inclusive of VAT and it is not deducted for non-EU purchases, however, prices have been set to be in line with our VAT registered stockists. This is subject to change in the future and the Company reserves the right to become VAT registered. All changes of this manner will be documented in the full Terms and Conditions.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 The intellectual property rights in the Services (including without limitation the content and software used in the Services) remains our property or the property of or licensors (as applicable). These rights are protected by copyright, treaties and laws around the world and are expressly reserved.
8.2 Any use of the Services, including without limitation copying, storing in whole or in part, for a commercial use is prohibited without our prior written permission.
8.3 You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from the Sites for your personal use.
8.4 You must not:
use any part of the content on the Services for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us;
modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded from the Services in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which is provided on the Services;
modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any software or accompanying documentation supplied by us or our licensors on the Services;
use or otherwise reproduce the “Cotton and push” name or any of its variations and/or logos (or any marks which are colourably similar) without our prior written consent.
8.5 Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content of the Services must always be acknowledged.
8.6 Your Interaction with us on the Social Media may involve you submitting content, a photo or video of you (“Your Content”). By Interacting with us on the Social Media you hereby grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use Your Content on the Social Media and on other sources notified to you on the relevant Social Media page. This includes without limitation a licence to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display Your Content (or any part of Your Content) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. Use may also include sharing Your Content with trusted third parties.
8.7 If you print off, copy or download any part of the Services in breach of these Terms, your right to use the Services will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
9.1 All purchases of Cotton and Push’s products will be completed through the platform Wix. This will require a valid debit or credit card to operate. Cotton and Push does not hold any responsibility for payments used for its products.
9.2 The company apologises for but does not accept any responsibility for an incorrect display of stock as a result of a temporary computer malfunction.
9.2 Furthermore you agree by purchasing any product from Cotton & Push that you are/have the permission of the account holder to do so as Cotton & Push cannot be held responsible for purchases made without the accountholders permission.

10.1 Cotton and push hold no responsibility for the improper care of their products once they become the property of the purchaser (upon delivery).

11. Force Majeure Events
11.1 The Company holds no responsibility for an incomplete sale or delivery in the event of unforeseen circumstances that are too hard to control, i.e. a strike or protest.
12. The Entire Agreement
12.1 The Entire Agreement (or Terms and Conditions) entails what a customer can and cannot do on our website. Please ensure the full Terms are read carefully before making a purchase.
12.2 There may be legal information in other parts of our website. Even if they are not expressly displayed here, they will still apply.
